NFTs are not an investment, these are collectible art works that fluctuates in value and are highly volatile in nature, by buying, selling, minting NFTs you are risking your capital.

KIDTHEREUM Club’s NFTs are a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum network. This website is only an interface allowing participants to learn about project & plan. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts, where you choose to purchase these NFTs, we hold no responsibility for any financial, physical, or mental loss or damage, in any form. Furthermore, the NFTs are designed to run on Ethereum network, and the transactions are irreversible. This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website, you are accepting sole responsibility for all transactions involving our NFT collectibles.

You will have the forever ownership until Ethereum block chain runs, you can, you may, you could sell / transfer the ownership to any one at your will and sole discretion, once minted we can’t change, seize, freeze, or undo your purchase. By purchasing / minting our NFTs, you have ownership of the NFTs however you will agree to have shared rights with us, to use those images for advertising, display, showcasing our work, marketing etc. In other words, we will have full rights to use the information to display the images at will, at the same time you will have the complete ownership on your NFTs, allowing you use your NFT at will, without any royalties from us. Other than the rights to the Art, nothing herein gives you any rights to any other trademarks or other intellectual property rights belonging to KIDTHEREUM Elite Club including, without limitation. All of these rights are expressly reserved in the name of KIDTHEREUM Elite Club. If you elect to purchase a KIDTHEREUM Elite Club NFT from any of the listed platforms or WebSite, any financial transactions that you engage in will be conducted solely through the Ethereum network. We will have no insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor do we can reverse any transactions. We will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise because of any transactions that you engage or any other transactions that you conduct via the Ethereum network.

By purchasing / minting / trading our NFTs, you take full responsibility, for any profits or loss, as the market is volatile, we are not responsible for loss, damage or harm, physically, mentally or financially, and we are not liable for your action. Buying / selling / minting Kidthereum NFTs are not an investment, these are collectible art, and may fluctuate in value, or even go down to zero, and result in potential capital loss. Due to privacy reasons, we have the full rights to keep our identify secret, that includes the artist and or the team, we may choose what information about us to be shared and what is not, we have no obligations to disclose any information. By participating in Kidthereum’s activity or minting / buying / selling our NFTs you agree to these terms. We strive to keep up our promises, but we are not liable to keep it up. Any personal, financial or any other circumstances may stop the team or the artist from keeping up with our promises or stop us from meeting the delivery timelines, we have full rights, to delay or cancel or choose not to deliver any proposals, projects, or improvements that we listed.

Rewards are in the form of Gifting our KTH tokens from various means and we reserve the right to choose the method or change/alter the percentage of the gift. We reserve the right to choose the type of gift, value of gift or and the method of gift we give out. If the gift is in the form of a crypto currency or NFT, these are volatile in nature and may have significant market movements resulting in capital loss and we assume no responsibility for any such losses. We have the complete / full rights to change our terms of service, services offered, terms & conditions, privacy policies from time to time and will update in our website, and by using our services, website, products, creations, you agree to have read, understood, and agreed to our terms before using our website, products, services etc. OUR NFTs ARE ART COLLECTIBLE IMAGES AND DO NOT BUY OUR NFTS FOR REWARDS. We have announced our plans for the rewards token based on a full sell out condition, this includes our plans for the game development- where the ivnestment is calculated based on a sell out condition of all 3 collections.

WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DISPUTES RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SITE, OR THE SMART CONTRACTS: (1) YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY; AND (2) YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF A CLASS OF CLAIMANTS IN ANY LAWSUIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS INVOLVING ANY SUCH DISPUTE.
